The year 2020 brought about a new coronavirus forcing us to all live with a new normal. People forced to wear face masks and practice social distancing and sanitize our hands this is all to stop the spread of the covid-19 virus.  And to stay safe and not contract this deadly virus we must protect ourselves and our health. Watch what we do as well. This pandemic will end. This virus has taken the lives of even prominent people such as Zindziswa Mandela.




Assist Health workers in South Africa by wearing your face mask. wash your hands thoroughly Wash the back of your hands, between the fingers and under your nails. By doing this it regulates the number of patients in clinics and hospitals.
Practice Good Personal Hygiene 
Do not share food and utensils. 
See a Doctor if you are unwell.
